- Employees of charter flight companies do not qualify with any supplier.
- Widows and widowers of deceased airline employees/retirees do not qualify for interline rates with any supplier (unless they have an official ID card in their own name).
- Proof of Interline Rate Eligibility is required within 24 hours of final payment. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, the cruise lines reserve the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.

Primary Eligibility for Airline Employee
To be an “Eligible Airline Employee” a person must be:
- A current full-time employee of either a domestic or international commercial passenger airline.
- A current employee of Federal Express (FEDEX), Astar Air Cargo (formerly DHL Airways), Airborne Express or United Parcel Service (UPS).
- Retired employee from a domestic or international commercial airline.
Secondary Eligibility
- Spouse or Domestic partner of currently employed Airline Employee.
- Parents of currently employed Airline Employee.
- Spouse of retired employee from a domestic or international commercial airline.
- (CRS) Employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo or Amadeus.
As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as “primary” eligible, the following would apply:
- All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate.
- (One) additional stateroom may be booked with guests in that stateroom being eligible for the interline rate.
Examples of primary eligibility: Primary in stateroom 1 + another stateroom with anybody in it = 2 staterooms.
Carnival
Primary Interline Eligibility for Interline Rate Program

Additional Stateroom Eligibility
If the qualified Primary Interline employee occupies one stateroom, two (2) additional staterooms may be booked at the interline rate.
Secondary Interline Eligibility
Eligible Family Members NOT traveling with the Primary Interline Employee are permitted to book ONE stateroom per cruise departure, per family.

- Parent(s) of Employee – *Note – PARENTS-IN-LAW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
- Dependent children 21 years old and younger
- Interline benefits cease with the death of the employee. Surviving spouses, or immediate family, receive no interline benefits.
PLEASE NOTE: Eligible Family Members NOT traveling with the Primary Interline Employee are permitted to book ONE cabin per cruise departure, per family.
Retired Interline Employees
- Permitted to book ONE stateroom at the Interline rates and RETIRED EMPLOYEE MUST TRAVEL in that cabin
- Retirees are not eligible to book any additional staterooms.
- Retired employees of non-existing (defunct) airlines do NOT qualify for the interline rate
Carnival requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking.
Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Carnival reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Primary Military Eligibility for Military Rate Program
Active Personnel – US Military Only:
- Spouses of active Military personnel called to active duty overseas will be eligible to book one cabin as long as the eligible spouse is occupying this cabin. The spouse must provide proof of eligibility by submitting a copy of the Military spouse card as well as a copy of the official orders and/or duties documentation.

- Uniformed members of the USPHS (U.S Public Health Services)
- Active member of the US National Guard
Retired US Military Personnel:
- Retired member of the National Guard
- Veterans, defined as: Individuals who have actively served in the Military for at least two years or during a wartime period and have been honorably discharged.
Military Personnel are permitted to book only ONE cabin at the Military Rate

Interline Personnel
To be an Eligible Airline Employee, a person must be:
- A current employee with flight benefits of either a domestic or international commercial passenger airline. A current employee of Federal Express (FEDEX), Airborne Express or United Parcel Service (UPS).
- Spouse or Domestic Partner of currently employed Airline Employee.
- Parents of currently employed Airline Employee.
- Air Traffic Controllers (NATCA & CATCA) & GDS Employees (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo, or Amadeus).
- A current employee of Federal Express (FEDEX), Airborne Express or United Parcel Service (UPS).
- Spouse or Domestic Partner of currently employed Airline Employee.
- Parents of currently employed Airline Employee.
- Air Traffic Controllers (NATCA & CATCA) & GDS Employees (CRS) employees of Sabre, Worldspan, Galileo/Apollo, or Amadeus).

Stateroom eligibility
As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as eligible, the following would apply:
- All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate.
- Each Airline Employee is eligible to book 2 additional staterooms under the Interline rate per sailing. If two Interline employees who have interline benefits independently are sailing in the same stateroom, a total of 5 staterooms can be booked under the Interline rate.
Identification
Active employees/an eligible guest as described above must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a photo of their current I.D. Badge from their respective airline. This is the only form of accepted identification needed for the Airline Employee. Retired employees, as described above must provide proof of eligibility in the form of a photo of their retiree I.D. Badge or letter from former employer specifying their retirement status.
Costa
Full-time employees of:
- Immediate family members of active employees are defined as Spouse, Dependant Children 21 years of age or younger, Parents, and Parents-in-Law (If not traveling with the interliner, a letter confirming the interliners employment and the names of the parents and/or parents-in-law is required.)
- Eligible immediate family members may only book ONE cabin if the employee is NOT traveling. Retired employees of existing airlines or defunct airlines may book ONE cabin and the retired employee must be traveling in this cabin.

To be eligible for an interline rate, a person must be:

- Retired employee/spouse of a commercial passenger airline, cargo carrier, ATC or GDS.
- Widows/widowers of deceased employees/retirees above.
Stateroom Eligibility
As long as one guest in the stateroom is described as eligible above, the following would apply:
- All other guests in the same stateroom would be eligible for the interline rate.
- (One) additional stateroom may be booked with guests in that stateroom, being eligible for the interline rate.
- A (second) additional stateroom may be booked with guests eligible for the interline rate only if one of the two additional staterooms is occupied byan extended family.
- Maximum of three (3) cabins can be booked per eligible guest, per sailing date only as described in #3 immediately above.
Cunard
Interline rates are special discounts for employees of commercial and cargo airlines, air traffic control employees, and GDS companies.
Eligible participants are
- Airline employees, Air Traffic Control Employees
- Spouse of airline employee and Air Traffic Control Employee
- Dependent children of airline employee and Air Traffic Control Employee
- Parents or parents-in-law of airline employee and Air Traffic Control Employee
- Retired airline and air traffic control personnel, and their spouses
- Non-airline companions sharing accommodations.
If the Airline Employee is deceased, the benefits of the Interline fare are still applicable as long as they can supply the appropriate verification/ID currently required.

* NOTE: Dependents/Immediate Family are defined as – An employee’s spouse; children who are unmarried and under age 21 years or who, regardless of age, are physically or mentally incapable of self-support, dependent parents, including step and legally adoptive parents of employee’s spouse; and dependent brothers and sisters, including step and legally adoptive brothers and sisters of the employee’s spouse who are unmarried and under 21 years of age or who, regardless of age, are physically or mentally incapable of self-support.
**NOTE: As long as there is an eligible participant in each stateroom ( from the list of eligible participants above), there can be multiple bookings for a single airline employee.
Disney
The interline rates are valid for Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World & Disneyland.
- An active employee of scheduled passenger airline only
- Retirees of scheduled passenger airlines only
- Two (2) rooms or staterooms per booking for eligible airline employee (active or retired)
- Airline employee MUST be a member of the traveling party.
Employees of cargo or overnight freight airlines (FedEx, UPS, etc.), spouse, and parents of an airline employee traveling without the employee, and FAA employees are NOT eligible.
Airline employee may be required to show proper employee identification at the port of embarkation.
Disney Cruise Line requires proof of Interline Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of eligibility, Disney Cruise Line will automatically adjust the pricing to the current retail pricing.
Explora Journeys
Eligible interline guest:
- Current employees of a domestic or international commercial passenger airline carrier.
- Current employees with a licensed travel company or hotel.
- The spouse, domestic partner, parents, parents-in-law, and dependent children of an interline employee guest may book one suite if the interline employee guest is not travelling.
- Pilots employed with a domestic or international cargo airline, such as Federal Express, DHL Worldwide Express, Astar Air Cargo or United Parcel Services (UPS), can book one suite.
- Current employees with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus.
- Retired airline employees and retired cargo airline pilots are eligible to book one suite provided the airline is still in operation (e.g., retired employees of Pan American Airways do not qualify).
- Widows/widowers of deceased airline employees/retirees with flight benefits.
Non-eligible interline guest:
- Temporary, on-call interns and contract employees
- Helicopter operators and private or charter airline company employees .
Booking Procedure
- Qualifying interline guests must submit a letter of employment verification, a copy of their company photo ID, or proof of flight benefits at the time of booking.
- Interline guests must be employed by the company for at least six months before making the booking.
- The booking payment schedule is the same as full-fare paying reservations.
Holland America
Eligible Passengers
- Active and retired Interline employees, defined as employees of IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, courier, and cargo airlines or active employees of FAA, TSA, Air Marshalls, Air Traffic Controllers, or Global Distribution System (GDS) Suppliers. An employee’s specific position must be eligible for flight benefits through their employer to qualify. If the Interline Eligible Employee is sailing themselves, then they can book up to 3 additional rooms for their family or friends.
- Eligible family members are defined as spouses, parents, parents-in-law, and children of the eligible Interline employee. Eligible family members traveling without the Interline Eligible Employee are approved for up to four staterooms at the Interline rate if there is an eligible family member in each stateroom.
Proof of Eligibility
HAL will audit all Interline bookings and require proof of eligibility. Bookings made with Interline rates may be subject to cancellation with a full refund after confirmation to accommodate higher revenue guests.
MSC
Eligibility
Interline Discounted rates are available to all retired or current active employed eligible guests, as well as their spouses, parents, parents-in-law, and dependent children.
- A domestic or international commercial passenger airline,
- Federal Aviation Administration (FAA),
- National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA),
- GDS Providers: Travtech, Travel Tech, ReveleX, Amadeus, Odysseus, etc.
- National Courier Services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL),

- Civil Service (Police/Fire/Teachers/EMT/Postal etc.),
- Transportation and Lodging (Amtrak, Cruise Lines Hotels etc.).
Up to 3 additional staterooms may sail along with eligible Interline guests on the same ship and sail date at the reduced interline rates.
Norwegian
Eligible for interline discount:
- Airline employees, active or retired
- FedEx, DHL & UPS employees
- Spouse of employee
- Dependent children of employee
- Parents of employees
- Parents-in-Law of employee
Spouses & Parents may travel independently of the employee. FAA is not eligible for interline.
The Interliner may book 1 additional cabin at Interline rate, based on availability, as long as the Interliner is traveling. Parents and parents-in-law of the employee may book 1 cabin at the Interline rate if the Interliner is NOT traveling. They may not have a separate cabin allotment if the Interliner is traveling. Retirees may book 1 cabin at the Interline rate.
Norwegian Cruise Lines requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Norwegian Cruise Lines reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Oceania
- Active airline employees and their spouse, dependent children, parents, and parents-in-law
- Retired airline employees (including those retired from now-defunct airlines)
- Friends/companions sharing stateroom accommodations with active or retired airline employees.
- Employees of Cargo Carriers (e.g., FedEx), National Air Traffic Controller’s Association, National Pilots Association.
* At the discretion of Oceania Cruises, a second stateroom may be booked at the interline rate on selected sailings, provided the qualified Interline Employee is traveling.
Must be a new reservation booked within 90 days of sailing. Must be traveling with a qualified Interline employee. Cannot cancel and rebook an existing reservation to get the interline rate.
Oceania Cruises requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Oceania Cruises reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Paul Gauguin
Passengers eligible to travel on the Interline Program

Princess
Interline rates are special discounts for employees of commercial and cargo airlines (including air traffic controllers), as well as GDS companies.
Effective 2024, this program is being extended so that each cabin with an eligible employee, as defined below, may bring along additional cabins on the same sailing at the interline rate for friends & family. Space is capacity-controlled. Proof of eligibility may be required.
Eligible participants
Commercial airline, cargo airline, air traffic controllers or GDS employees as defined below:

Interline fares are available for the following:

- Friends sharing accommodations with eligible travelers.
Eligible interliners may acquire an additional cabin for friends or other family to travel with them based upon availability.
Regent requires proof of Interline Rate Eligibility immediately upon confirmation of your booking. Without proof of qualified interline eligibility, Regent reserves the right to automatically adjust the price to the applicable retail rate prior to departure.
Royal Caribbean
Interline Personnel
To be an Eligible Airline Employee a person must be:

To be eligible for interline rates, guestsmust be one of the following:

- Active or Retired Major Courier/Cargo Companies Employees
- Parents and parents-in-law of eligible employees listed above can travel with up to 1 additional cabin.
Proof Required at time of booking:
- A valid airline ID (e.g., company-issued ID badge)
- Retirees may need additional documentation (e.g., letter from HR or retirement benefits card).
Program Benefits
Airline or Cruise employees are eligible for 1 cabin booked themselves + 1 additional cabin at interline rates.
Seabourn
Interline Rate Eligibility & Offer Details
To qualify as an Interline guest with Seabourn the following criteria must be met:
- Active or Retired airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
- Spouse, Parent or Parent in-law of Active airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
- Dependent children of Active airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
- Retired airline employee of defunct airlines.
Guests are required to provide Seabourn with proof of eligibility within a certain number of days after making their booking:

Payment can be made on an Interline booking prior to receiving proof of eligibility. Seabourn reserves the right to convert Interline booking to the publicly offered fare if eligibility is not received as follows:

- Rates are valid for guaranteed Ocean View or Veranda Suites only. Actual Suite assignment will be made within two weeks of departure date and is done so at the sole discretion of Seabourn
SeaDream
- Active and Retired Airline employees
- Each airline employee, with proper airline identification is allowed one guest in their stateroom at the same rate.
A photocopy of the airline employee’s valid airline badge must accompany the Interline Rate Request.
Silversea
KVI Travel may promote interline rates to all IATA/ARC airline employees, their spouses, dependent children, the parents of the airline employee, and retired personnel. Parents may travel independently from the employee and receive the interline discount. A non-airline companion may share a suite with any eligible person and receive the interline discount. Cruise line employees are also eligible.
An Interline guest can book two suites on the same sailing with one payment source. The payment must come from the Interline guest for the second suite.
Proof of eligibility is required at the time of final payment.
Star Clippers

Uniworld
- Active Airline employees & guest in same room
- The following immediate family members of the active airline employee are eligible for the interline rate in a second cabin, but must be traveling with the airline employee:

- Dependent children of the active airline employee

Viking
- Airline employees CRS Providers (Amadeus, SABRE, etc.)

Proof of employment must be provided with payment.
One eligible interline adult must occupy each cabin booked.
Virgin Voyages
Interline Rates may be offered to verified active or retired airline employees.
Rates may be applied to, and may not exceed, one qualified airline employee cabin and three guest cabins per sailing.
Interline Rates may be offered to:
- Verified active or retired airline employees’ spouses or parents without airline employee sailing for one spouse or parent cabin plus three guest cabins. Parents-in-law do not qualify for benefits.
Interline Rates are a stand-alone offer, that is, they may not be combined with other public offers or promotions.
Windstar
- Airline Employees, spouse, Parent, Parents-in-law, retirees, and retiree’s spouse of existing IATA/ARC appointed international, regional commuter, or cargo airlines.
- One additional cabin available for Friends & Family; total of two (2) cabins per sailing.
- Employee’s/Retiree’s spouse, parents & parents-in-law in law may travel without the Employee/Retiree.
