Hello fellow traveler, I’m Erica and it’s a pleasure to meet you. I’ve worked in the travel industry for over 5 years, not only as a travel agent but as an airport customer service agent at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.

What I see on a daily basis is that people travel for many different reasons.. Whether you are traveling in a hurry or like to plan things out, using a knowledgeable agent is the key to a successful trip. In my off time (when I’m not traveling), I love planning enchanting vacations for my clients to enjoy. I have extensive knowledge with cruises, all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and Mexico, all Disney Destinations, Universal Parks and Resorts, Hawaii, as well as domestic travel upon others. Overall, I love cruising as it is a way to experience different destinations on one vacation while enjoying what the ship has to offer.

Different cruise lines and resorts offer different atmospheres that may not work well with everyone. When you use a knowledgeable agent, you will not only find the best fit, but also benefit from first-hand experience.
