  • Employees of charter flight companies do not qualify with any supplier.
  • Widows and widowers of deceased airline employees/retirees do not qualify for interline rates with any supplier (unless they have an official ID card in their own name).

 

INDIVIDUAL CRUISE LINE ELIGIBILITY RULES:

AMA WATERWAYS
  • Active and retired airline employees, and companions sharing the same cabin.

 

AZAMARA
  • Active airline/courier/crs employees and their spouses/registered partners are eligible for two cabins per ID
  • Employee’s parents qualify on their own (but not parents-in-law)
  • Retired employees of CURRENT (not defunct) airlines qualify on their own (their widows/widowers do not qualify)
  • A second cabin can be booked for friends/family as long as the active employee or their spouse/registered partner is traveling
  • Retired employees do not qualify for a second cabin
  • A third cabin can only be booked if the active employee is in one room, their guests (friends/family) are in the second, and their parents are in the third

 

BARGING THROUGH FRANCE

Active airline employees of passenger and cargo carriers, spouse, dependent children, parents, parents-in-law, retirees and friends sharing accommodations – one friends & family cabin allowed when traveling with employee; 2 cabins total maximum. Also eligible:

ADDITIONAL STATEROOM ELIGIBILITY

AS LONG AS A QUALIFIED PRIMARY INTERLINE EMPLOYEE OCCUPIES ONE STATEROOM THE FOLLOWING WOULD APPLY:

  • Guests sharing the stateroom with the Primary Interline employee are eligible for the interline rate
  • A Second stateroom may be booked at the interline rate, as long as the stateroom is occupied by an eligible family member (see below for definition)
  • OR
  • A Second stateroom may be booked at the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate – for passengers who are non-eligible family members/friends
  • A Third stateroom may be booked ONLY at the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate

ELIGIBLE FAMILY MEMBERS:

  • Spouse
  • Parent of Employee *Note: PARENTS IN LAW ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
  • Dependent children 21yrs old and younger
  • Interline benefits cease with the death of the employee. Surviving spouses, or immediate family receive no interline benefits

PLEASE NOTE: ELIGIBLE FAMILY MEMBERS NOT TRAVELING WITH THE PRIMARY INTERLINE EMPLOYEE ARE PERMITTED TO BOOK ONE CABIN PER CRUISE DEPARTURE, PER FAMILY.

RETIRED INTERLINE EMPLOYEES:

  • Permitted to book ONE stateroom and RETIRED EMPLOYEE MUST TRAVEL to book interline rate
  • Retirees do not qualify for the Carnival Friends & Family Interline Rate and are therefore not eligible to book any additional staterooms
  • Retired employees of non-existing (defunct) airlines do NOT qualify for the interline rate

 

CELEBRITY
  • Active airline/courier/crs employees and their spouses/registered partners are eligible for two cabins per ID

Immediate family members of active employees are defined as: – Spouse, Dependant Children 21 years of age or younger, Parents and Parents in Law (If not traveling with the interliner, a letter confirming the interliners employment and the names of the parents and/or parents in law is required).

Eligible immediate family members may only book ONE cabin if the employee is NOT traveling. Retired employees of existing airlines or defunct airlines may book ONE cabin and the retired employee must be traveling in this cabin.

 

CRYSTAL
  • Employees of active domestic or international commercial carrier
  • Active Pilots of domestic or international cargo airline eg. Fedex, DHL, Astar Air Cargo, UPS
  • Retired airline employees and retired cargo airline pilots of active airline, provided the airline is still in operation (e.g. retired employees of Eastern Airlines do not qualify)
  • One cabin may be booked per qualified interliner. A second cabin may be booked for children 18 years and older, parents and parents-in-law when traveling with qualified airline employee
  • The spouse and parents of qualified Interline guests may travel unaccompanied by the Interline guests.

 

CUNARD
  • Employees of Commercial Passenger and Cargo Airlines
  • Spouse of Airline employee
  • Dependant children of Airline employee
  • Parents or Parents in Law of Airline employee
  • Retired airline personel and their spouses
  • Friends are eligible when sharing a cabin with an eligible interline person
  • Military are NOT eligible for interline rates
  • Sabre and Apollo employees are NOT eligible
  • Air Traffic Controllers are NOT Eligible

 

DISNEY
  • An active employee of scheduled passenger airline only
  • Retirees of scheduled passenger airlines only
  • Two (2) rooms or staterooms per booking for eligible airline employee (active or retired)
  • Airline employee MUST be a member of the traveling party

Employees of cargo or overnight freight airlines (FedEx, UPS, etc.), spouse, and parents of an airline employee traveling without the employee, and FAA employees are NOT eligible. Airline employee may be required to show proper employee identification at the port of embarkation.

 

EXPLORA JOURNEYS

Eligible interline guest

  • Current employees of a domestic or international commercial passenger airline carrier.
  • Current employees with a licensed travel company or hotel.
  • The spouse, domestic partner, parents, parents-in-law, and dependent children of an interline employee guest may book one suite if the interline employee guest is not traveling.
  • Pilots who are currently employed with a domestic or international cargo airline, such as Federal Express, DHL Worldwide Express, Astar Air Cargo, or United Parcel Services (UPS), are eligible to book one suite.
  • Current employees with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA), Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus.
  • Retired airline employees and retired cargo airline pilots are eligible to book one suite provided the airline is still in operation (e.g. retired employees of Pan American Airways do not qualify).
  • Widows/widowers of deceased airline employees/retirees with flight benefits.

Non-eligible interline guest

  • Temporary, on-call interns and contract employees.
  • Helicopter operators and private or charter airline company employees

Booking Procedure

  • Qualifying interline guests must submit a letter of employment verification, a copy of their company photo ID, or proof of flight benefits at the time of booking.
  • Interline guests must be employed with the company for a minimum of six (6) months prior to making the booking.
  • The booking payment schedule is the same as full fare paying reservations.

 

HOLLAND AMERICA

ELIGIBLE PASSENGERS

Except as provided below in this Paragraph, this Agreement applies only to persons who, at time of booking, are either:

  • Active and retired Interline employees, defined as employees of IATA/ARC appointed international, regional, courier, and cargo airlines or active employees of FAA, TSA, Air Marshalls, Air Traffic Controllers, or Global Distribution System (GDS) Suppliers.
  • Employee’s specific positions must be eligible for flight benefits through their employer to qualify.
  • Eligible family members are defined as spouses, parents, parents-in-law, and children of the eligible Interline employee.
  • Eligible family members traveling without the Interline employee are approved for up to four staterooms at the Interline rate as long as there is an eligible family member in each stateroom.
  • Additional guests sharing the same stateroom with an eligible Interline employee or eligible family member.

PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY

HAL will audit all Interline bookings and require proof of eligibility. If AGENCY is not able to provide proof, HAL reserves the right to adjust the booking to the CURRENT applicable rate. For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, AGENCY understands and agrees:

  1. It is solely responsible for verifying that the Interline rates quoted by HAL, HAL’s reservation system or other distribution systems (including any GDS system) are for eligible Interline passengers only and not for retail passengers.
  2. Under no circumstance will bookings with Interline rates for ineligible passengers be protected.
  3. AGENCY will provide proof of eligibility within 24 hours of booking via fax to 206-501-2620 or email to interline@hollandamerica.com.
  4. AGENCY will notify HAL in writing within 24 hours of booking for consideration of cancellation without fees if, in error, the Interline Rate was applied to a booking for retail passengers. Requests must be submitted to interline@hollandamerica.com for consideration, and,
  5. Bookings made with Interline rates may be subject to cancellation with a full refund after confirmation to accommodate higher revenue guests.

 

MSC

The following people qualify for interline rates with MSC:

  • Commercial Airline Employees
  • GDS Employees (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan,etc)
  • UPS, FedEx, DHL
  • Spouses
  • Dependent Children
  • Retired airline employees
  • Retired airline employees from defunct airlines
  • Parents
  • Parents in Law
  • Military & Retired Military with Military ID (immediate family only)

 

NORWEGIAN

Passengers Eligible to Travel on NCL’s Interline Program:

  • Airline employees
  • Spouses of airline employees
  • Dependent children of airline employees
  • Parents of airline employees
  • Retired airline employees
  • Parents-in-law of airline employees

Interline rates apply to members of the airline community listed above and apply to only one cabin per eligible passenger. Additional cabins may be allowed, but only by special request. ELIGIBILITY CLARIFICATION:

  • Military (US & Canadian) qualify the same as airline employees
  • 2 cabins are allowed if the actual employee/retiree is traveling and the second cabin contains an eligible person is in the second cabin, otherwise 1 cabin only (except as noted above by special request)
  • Exception: 2 cabins are allowed if four passengers want to travel but no quads are available

 

OCEANIA
  • Active airline employees and their spouse, dependent children and parents
  • Retired airline employees (including those retired from now-defunct airlines)
  • Friends/companions sharing stateroom accommodations with active or retired airline employees
  • Employees of Cargo Carriers (e.g. FedEx), National Air Traffic Controller’s Association, National Pilots Association

If a qualified Interline Employee is traveling, they can bring friends along as well for the same interline price in a separate stateroom, but only on new reservations booked inside of 90 days of sailing. Must be traveling with a qualified Interline employee. Cannot cancel and rebook an existing reservation to get the interline rate. All other Interline terms and conditions apply.

 

PAUL GAUGUIN
  • Active airline employees (Scheduled and Cargo)
  • Spouses of active employees
  • Dependent children of Interline personnel
  • Parents of Interline personnel
  • Retired Interline personnel
  • In-Laws of Interline personnel

The Interline Program rates apply to members of the active/retired Interline community as listed above and apply to only 1 cabin per Eligible passenger, except that the Interline personnel traveling with a spouse and dependent children may request an additional cabin which will be confirmed at Paul Gauguin Cruises sole discretion.

 

PONANT
  • Airline Employees  (Parents are not eligible)
  • Retired Airline Employees
  • a second cabin can be booked for friends and family traveling together with the interliner

 

PRINCESS

Interline rates are special discounts for employees of commercial and cargo airlines (including air traffic controllers), as well as GDS companies. Interline can only be booked through designated Interline Agencies.

Each cabin with an eligible employee/participant, as defined below, may add a second cabin on the same sailing at the interline rate. Cabin splitting is prohibited.

I. Eligible participants:
• Commercial airline, cargo airline, air traffic controllers or GDS employees as defined below
• Spouse of employee
• Parents or parents-in-law of employee
• Retired airline personnel and their spouses

II. Cargo Airline Companies Include:
• DHL
• Fed Ex
• UPS
• Prime Air

III. GDS Employees Include:
• Employees of Global Distribution System (GDS) companies such as Travelport, Amadeus and Sabre

IV. Disclaimers:
If the Airline Employee is deceased, the benefits of the Interline fare are still applicable for as long as the guest can supply the appropriate verification/ID currently required.

As stated above, eligible participants must be employees of commercial or cargo airlines, air traffic controllers or GDS companies. Helicopter operators and private or charter airline companies are not considered commercial airlines and do not qualify for interline rates.

Please note that currently furloughed employees that met the eligibility noted above remain eligible for these benefits.

 

REGENT SEVEN SEAS
  • Active airline employees (Scheduled and Cargo)

Only one cabin per interliner, except that interline personnel traveling with a spouse and dependent children may request an additional stateroom that will be confirmed at Regent’s sole discretion.

 

ROYAL CARIBBEAN
  • Active airline/courier/crs employees and their spouses/registered partners are eligible for two cabins per ID
  • Employee’s parents qualify on their own (but not parents-in-law)
  • Retired employees of CURRENT (not defunct) airlines qualify on their own (their widows/widowers do not qualify)
  • A second cabin can be booked for friends/family as long as the active employee or their spouse/registered partner is traveling
  • Retired employees do not qualify for a second cabin
  • A third cabin can only be booked if the active employee is in one room, their guests (friends/family) are in the second, and their parents are in the third

 

SEABOURN

To qualify as an Interline guest with Seabourn the following criteria must be met:

  • Active or Retired airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
  • Spouse, Parent or Parent in-law of Active airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
  • Dependent children of Active airline employee or pilot of cargo carriers
  • Retired airline employee of defunct airlines.

Eligibility is limited to two (2) Suites per sailing per eligible Interline ID.

 

SEADREAM YACHT CLUB
  • Active and Retired Airline employees
  • Each airline employee, with proper airline identification is allowed one guest in their stateroom at the same rate

 

SILVERSEA

Eligible: all IATA/ARC airline employees, their spouses, dependent children, the parents of the airline employee and retired personnel. Parents may travel independently from the employee and receive the interline discount. A non-airline companion may share a suite with any eligible person and receive the interline discount. Cruise line employees are also eligible.

An Interline guest can book two suites on the same sailing with one payment source. The payment must come from the Interline guest for the second suite.

 

STAR CLIPPERS
