Hi, I’m Stella Bolton, living most of the year on the breathtaking Causeway Coast in Northern Ireland in the historic village of Bushmills, home to the world’s oldest distillery.  In winter months, I escape to the equally stunning Western Cape in South Africa in the picturesque village of Franschhoek, the culinary capital of South Africa. I am a passionate travel enthusiast with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
